The Timurid architecture, drawing on the architectural styles of the Ilkhanid and Seljuk periods, has achieved a structure that is well reflected in the surviving buildings from this era. This research aims to recognize a part of Khorasan's culture, with a particular focus on the architectural style of the Timurid period and its schools. By introducing Khorasan's culture through its architecture, the study seeks to revive forgotten themes. The objective of this research is to understand the architectural style of the Timurid period and its schools, and to examine how this style is manifested in the architecture of these schools. It aims to answer the question: "What style characterizes the architecture of the Timurid period and its schools, and how is this reflected in the architecture of those schools?" A descriptive-analytical method has been employed to address these questions and achieve the research objectives, utilizing library studies, document analysis, written records, and historical texts as tools. Based on the findings, the characteristics of location, form, and functionality were examined to understand the architectural style of the Timurid period and its schools, which represent novel aspects compared to other studies. The spatial, physical, and functional features include construction in regions under Timurid rule, diversity, rapid development, transformation in layout, use of geometry, grandeur, proportions, symmetry, balance, advancements in decoration, spatial organization, and axial organization. In comparison to previous periods, Timurid architecture serves as a complement to earlier eras and has a significant influence on later periods.
