تحلیل تاریخی از سناریو ۱۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۰۱‌ میلادی و تهاجم آمریکا در افغانستان

چکیده
حادثه ۱۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۰۱ م از دیدگاه بسیاری‌ها، یک رویداد تروریستی بود که سیاست خارجی آمریکا را حول مبارزه با تروریسم جهانی متمرکز کرد. واکنش آمریکا در برابر این رویداد بسیار گسترده و حاوی سناریوهای مختلفی تلقی می‌گردد، از جمله، حمله این کشور به افغانستان بود که تحول عظیمی را در این کشور ایجاد کرد. در طول بیش‌از چهاردهۀ گذشته تحلیل‌های زیادی از این رویداد انجام شده، اما، در مورد زوایا و سناریوهای پنهان این حادثه پژوهش‌ها و تحلیل تاریخی انجام نشده است. بنابراین، هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل تاریخی از سناریوهای پیدا و پنهان آمریکا پیرامون این حادثه بوده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با مرورنظام‌مند پژوهش‌ها و اسناد مرتبط، و روش توصیفی - تحلیل تاریخی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که: ترویج هژمونی مشروعیت‌مدار، انحصار رهبری مبارزه و تعریف تروریسم جهانی، پیگیری منافع جهانی آمریکا در سایه با مبارزه با تروریسم، مبارزه با تروریسم جهانی و استفاده ابزاری از آن برای مداخله در کشورهای دیگر، تاراج منابع افغانستان و فشار بر کشورهای حوزه نفتی، خروج غیرمسوولانه و بی‌ثیات‌سازی منطقه، اشراف بر تجارت موادمخدر و پیگیری منافع سیاسی ایالات متحده از حضور در منطقه از مهم‌ترین سناریوهای آمریکا مرتبط با این حادثه بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری کلی پژوهش حاضر این است که، در پس حوادث مانند، حادثه ۱۱ سپتامبر سناریوهای زیادی وجود دارند و لازم است که در روایت و تحلیل حوادث تاریخی جنبه‌ها، زوایا و سناریوهای پنهان و حاشیه شده از گفتمان‌های رسمی نیز منعکس و روایت گردد.

Historical analysis of the scenario of September 11, 2001 and the American invasion in Afghanistan

چکیده English

The incident of September 11, 2001, from the point of view of many, was a terrorist event that focused American foreign policy around the fight against global terrorism. America's response to this event is considered very broad and contains various scenarios, including the country's attack on Afghanistan, which created a huge change in this country. Over the past fourteen decades, many analyzes of this event have been conducted, but historical research and analysis have not been conducted on the hidden angles and scenarios of this incident. Therefore, the main goal of the current research has been the historical analysis of the hidden and hidden scenarios of America around this incident. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach and with a systematic review of researches and related documents, and a descriptive method - historical analysis. The findings show that: promoting legitimacy-oriented hegemony, monopolizing the leadership of the fight and defining global terrorism, pursuing America's global interests in the shadow of the fight against terrorism, fighting global terrorism and using it as a tool to intervene in other countries, looting Afghanistan's resources and putting pressure on other countries. The oil sector, irresponsible withdrawal and neutralization of the region, drug trade elites, and the pursuit of US political interests in the region have been among the most important US scenarios related to this incident.
