With regard to archival documents, the purpose of this descriptive-analytical study is to answer the following questions: what political and economic goals the Russians were seeking in northern Khorasan, especially in Kalat-e-Naderi? And what diplomacy and policy did the Qajar government pursue against these Russian logistics policies? In a detailed and analytical-comparative approach, the findings represent that after the Merv defeat and the end of Iranian influence in Central Asia, the Qajar government on the northern borders of Khorasan faced many challenges and crises. The Russians' advance in the Central Asian region and their new claim of ownership of new parts of the border, such as Sarakhs and their involvement in the Kalat-e-Naderi and Dargaz affairs, aroused the anger of Nasser al-Din Shah. For this reason, at the behest of the Shah of Iran and the efforts of the State Department, Iran's international diplomacy became more active, and Iran used British influence in the region to pressure the Russian government. Also, by strengthening its military power in Khorasan, increasing the power of local rulers, dispatching mapping engineers and using spies, the Qajar government sought to maintain or balance the power in the region in its favor.}, keywords = {Kalat-e-Naderi,Qajar,Russia,Diplomacy,Khorasan}, title_fa = {کشاکش امنیتی، مرزی و دیپلماسی ایران و روسیه در مرزهای شمال خراسان در دوره ناصرالدین‌شاه (مطالعه موردی: کلات نادری)}, abstract_fa = {یکی از موضوعات مغفول در خراسان بعد از معاهده آخال، سیاست‌های نفوذ روسیه در مرزهای شمالی خراسان و کلات نادری است. هدف از این پژوهش با تکیه‌بر روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با توجه به اسناد آرشیوی پاسخ به این پرسش است که روس‌ها به دنبال چه اهداف سیاسی و اقتصادی در شمال خراسان، به‌خصوص در کلات نادری بودند و حکومت قاجار در برابر این سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای روسیه، چه نوع دیپلماسی و سیاستی در پیش گرفت؟ با نگاهی جزئی‌نگر و با رویکردی تحلیلی-تطبیقی، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که بعد از شکست مرو و پایان نفوذ ایران در آسیای میانه، حکومت قاجار در مرزهای شمالی خراسان، با بحران‌ها و چالش‌های عدیده‌ای مواجه گشت. پیشروی روس‌ها در منطقه آسیای میانه و ادعای جدید آن‌ها مبنی بر مالکیت بخش‌های جدیدی از نقاط مرزی همچون سرخس کهنه و دخالت آن‌ها در امور کلات نادری و درگز، حساسیت ناصرالدین‌شاه را برانگیخت. به همین دلیل به دستور شاه و تلاش وزارت امور خارجه ایران، دیپلماسی بین‌المللی ایران فعال‌تر شد و ایران از نفوذ انگلستان در منطقه برای پیشبرد اهداف خود و فشار به دولت روسیه استفاده کرد. از طرفی حکومت قاجار با تقویت قدرت نظامی خود در خراسان، واگذاری اختیار بیشتر به والیان این منطقه، اعزام مهندسین نقشه‌کش و استفاده از جاسوسان سعی کرد موازنه قدرت را در منطقه به نفع خود تغییر و یا حداقل وضع موجود را حفظ نماید. }, keywords_fa = {کلات نادری,قاجار,روسیه,دیپلماسی,خراسان}, url = {https://jgk.imamreza.ac.ir/article_137944.html}, eprint = {https://jgk.imamreza.ac.ir/article_137944_3a407fa57152a5dcad63a8447d7dba0c.pdf} }
